Smoke detectors shall be installed in other occupancies, specifically: hotels, motels, commercial schools, dormitories, including orphanages, lodging or rooming houses; and all buildings designed to provide sleeping accommodations. Installation, maintenance and use in the above listed occupancies shall conform with standards set forth in N.F.P.A. 72-1978 and N.F.P.A. 74-1978 and shall be in compliance with Level One as set forth in N.F.P.A. 74-1978.
