1371.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense, and guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on each subsequent offense. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
