Exterior property areas of all business premises shall be kept free of any litter, debris, objectionable material or condition which may create a health, accident or fire hazard, or which is a public nuisance, or which constitutes a blighting or deteriorating influence on the immediately adjacent properties. Sidewalks, entryways, lawns, landscaping, treelawns and parking lots or parking areas and driveways shall also be maintained in a state of good repair or growth, free from holes, cracks bumps, bare spaces and obstructions.
