(a) Whoever is convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned for not more than thirty days, or both. Each day that any such person continues to violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate and complete offense.
(b) Whoever is convicted of violating any provision of any rule or regulation cited by the Housing Inspector pursuant to authority granted by this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned for not more than thirty days, or both. Each day that any such person continues to violate any rule or regulation cited by the Housing Inspector pursuant to authority granted by this chapter shall constitute a separate and complete offense.
