There is hereby adopted and enacted as the Housing Code of the Municipality of Sebring, Ohio, that certain Model Housing Code prepared by the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission in 1973 and revised in 1974. A copy of such Model Housing Code is attached to the original of Ordinance 1200-79, passed March 12,1979, and is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as if fully set out at length herein.
