1321.03 SAFETY AND DEFECTIVE WIRING.

All electrical equipment shall comply with this chapter when placed in service and shall thereafter be maintained in a safe condition. Defective wiring or equipment shall, at the discretion of the Municipal Electrical Inspector or Fire Chief, be put in good order or permanently disconnected. (Ord. 1127-76. Passed 4-26-76.)
