1149.05 MINIMUM LOT AREA AND WIDTH.
   (a)    An Industrial Park District shall be required to contain a minimum of one hundred acres of land area.
   (b)    All buildings or structures permitted in an Industrial Park District shall be located on a lot having a minimum area of one acre and a minimum frontage on a public thoroughfare of 150 feet. (Ord. 846-64. Passed 9-3-64.)
