Any person who disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense and each day’s violation of any such provision shall constitute a separate offense.
