1131.23 FAMILY.

"Family" means an individual living alone; or two adult persons, who need not be related to each other, living together either alone or along with other persons who are related by affinity or consanguinity to either or both of them; or three or more persons a majority of whom are related by affinity or consanguinity, living together as a single housekeeping unit.
