1131.01 TENSES; SINGULAR AND PLURAL; LOT; BUILDING.

For the purpose of the Zoning Ordinance, words used in the present tense include the future; the singular number includes the plural, the plural includes the singular; the word "lot" includes the word "plot"; the word “building” includes the word "structure" and certain words and terms are herewith defined.
