1121.01 IN GENERAL.

The subdivider shall furnish one hundred percent (100%) bond for the ultimate installation of the improvements listed and described in this chapter. All of the required improvements shall be made in full compliance with the specifications for each of the various units of work as required by the Municipality and the County, if applicable.
