Where topography and other physical conditions make full compliance with the subdivision design standards of this chapter an undue hardship upon the owner, the Planning Commission may allow permissible variances, provided that, the public welfare and interest of the Municipality are thoroughly protected and the general intent and spirit of these Regulations are enforced.
