The Planning Commission may permit noncompatible land uses to develop on adjacent properties. Where such a condition arises, screening by fences or landscaping shall be required to protect the land uses from infringement, upon the other. Screening shall be established according to zoned land uses adjacent one to another and shall be as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance.
