The final plan shall be clearly and legibly drawn on a permanent reproducible material. The size of the plan shall be one or more sheets not less than twelve by eighteen inches nor more than twenty-four by thirty-six inches. The final plan shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals 100 feet, one inch equals 50 feet, or as approved by the Municipal Engineer.
