(a) The Planning Commission shall forward copies of the final plan to such officials and agencies as may be necessary for the purpose of final approval, subject to their previously made recommendations to the preliminary plan. After receipt of approval from such officials and agencies, the Commission shall take action on the final plat within thirty days, making their recommendations for approval or disapproval of the final plat to Council for final action.
(b) The subdivider shall be notified of the final approval of the plat by the Commission. The subdivider shall than present the plat to Council for approval. (A.O.)
(c) Replat. In the event that the owners of real property within the Municipality of Sebring elect to file for a replatting of real property, and further provided that no street or alley improvement vacation or dedication is included in said replat, the Planning Commission may approve or reject the replat without further action by Council. In the event that the Planning Commission does approve a replat under the foregoing criteria, the replat may be immediately recorded with the Mahoning County Recorder’s Office and shall be filed with the Clerk of Council for the Municipality of Sebring, Ohio.
