937.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day such violation continues. In addition, the Village may pursue injunctive relief for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, and any and all other legal remedies which may be appropriate.
