937.12 FUND ALLOCATION.

All proceeds received by the Village hereunder shall be utilized in accordance with the provisions hereof, or as Council may, from time to time, determine appropriate. The Village will endeavor to utilize 10% of the annual funds generated as local matching funds for grant applications. (Ord. 41-05. Passed 11-29-05.)
