933.08 SEWER RENTAL FUND.

The funds received from the use of sewers shall be deposited with the Finance Director of the Municipality and money so deposited shall be kept in a separate and distinct fund, and shall be known as the Sewer Rental Fund. Such funds shall be used for sewer maintenance and improvement.
