(a) The surcharge rate of all extra-territorial users for water service shall be seventy- five percent (75%) over the amount charged to Municipal inhabitants for the same water service.
(b) The surcharge rate of all extra-territorial users for sewer service shall be seventy- five percent (75%) over the amount charged to municipal inhabitants for the same sewer service.

(c) Surcharge for the Village of Beloit shall be fifty percent (50%) effective September 1, 2024.

(d) The surcharge increases shall take effect on October 1, 1992, for usage in the fourth quarter of 1992 and thereafter and billed and collected in the first quarter of 1993 and thereafter. (Ord. 1516-92. Passed 8-24-92.)
