903.04 LINE AND GRADE.
   (a)    All sidewalks must be laid to the line and grade established by the Municipal Engineer.
   (b)    No line or grade will be established until the Service Director has approved the material to be used for the construction. (Ord. 742-56. Passed 12-6-56.)
