903.03 PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION.

(a) No person shall construct a sidewalk, within the limits of the Municipality, until he has secured a permit from the Service Director to construct such sidewalk.

(b) There shall be a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each permit issued.
