(a) The Municipality or its agents will backfill all excavations within the boundaries of the Municipality with six to ten inches of dirt, and the balance shall be filled with suitable material such as bank run sand, limestone or sand and gravel, and shall be held close to the present grade of the paved surface.
(b) Paved streets that undergo digging will be repaired by the Municipality or its agents and other individuals and corporations will stand the cost of time and materials to put such streets into their original condition.
(c) The prices charged for repair of excavations shall be set by Council.
