901.01 SERVICE DIRECTOR TO ISSUE PERMITS.
   The Service Director is authorized to issue written permits for excavating, digging or tunneling in public streets, alleys or public grounds in the Municipality.
   The fee for such permit shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
