763.18 APPEALS.

Any persons adversely affected by an order of the Municipal Manager denying or revoking a permit to operate an adult cabaret may appeal from the order of the Municipal Manager to the Board of Zoning Appeals which shall hear the appeal within sixty days of the filing date.
