The application for license shall be accompanied by a policy of liability insurance written by a company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, and shall indemnify the taxicab operator according to the amount listed in Ohio R.C. 4509.51(B). The policy must be in full force and effect during the operation of any taxicab within the Municipality.
