No person, being the owner, tenant, or person having charge of any property zoned as residential in the Municipality of Sebring shall allow that property to be used for a garage sale, yard sale, estate sale, or auction more than two occurrences during any calendar year. Each occurrence shall be limited to not more than four consecutive days per occurrence. The property shall be maintained free of trash, odor, loud noises which constitute a nuisance or any other unsanitary condition.
