705.99 PENALTY.

Whosoever violates this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense. On a second or subsequent offense, a violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor in the fourth degree. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
