705.03 LICENSE REGULATIONS.

An amusement license shall be valid only for the person or business entity in whose name it is issued and only for the conduct of the amusements at the place designated therein. It shall not be assignable and it shall be conspicuously display at the place for which it was issued during the period of all ticket sales and the term of the event.
