705.02 LICENSE APPLICATION.
   Any person desiring to conduct or continue to conduct any form of amusement identified in Section 705.01 shall fill out an application for an amusement license on a form approved by the Municipal Manager. The form shall include, but not be limited to the business entity providing the amusement, license business address of the applicant, local contact information for the applicant’s principal person, proof of public liability insurance in an amount not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), and a deposit of a one thousand dollar ($1,000) nuisance bond with the Municipality (which shall be returned to the applicant at the end of the event provided that no municipal services were required to clean, repair or otherwise remedy or abate any nuisances of the event). Upon submission of a fully completed and notarized application, the appropriate license/permit fee and the nuisance bond, the Municipal Manager may grant the approval of the application and issue the license fee provided that the event is not otherwise prohibited by law.
