§ 92.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Violations of §§ 92.01 and 92.02 will be as follows:

      (1)   First offense. Civil infraction, fine not less than $200; and

      (2)   Second offense. Misdemeanor, fine not less than $500.

   (C)   Violations of §§ 92.03 through 92.05 will be as follows:

      (1)   First offense. Civil infraction, fine not less than $100.

      (2)   Second offense. Misdemeanor, fine not less than $200.
