§ 92.20 REGULATIONS REGARDING STORAGE.
   No person shall store in the open outside of a building wood for use as firewood as an energy source to heat their home or business, unless in conformance with the following regulations.
   (A)   Wood shall not be stored in piles, but shall be stacked in neat rows not exceeding a height of five feet.
   (B)   Wood shall be cut in lengths not exceeding three feet.
   (C)   Vegetation growing in the area where the wood is stored shall be kept trimmed and shall be kept free of rodents.
   (D)   The wood may be stored anywhere on a residential lot; provided, however, that no firewood storage shall be allowed in the front yard of any residence from April 1 through October 31 of any year.
   (E)   Temporary storage of wood not in conformance with the above provisions shall be allowed for a period not exceeding 30 days. Upon written request, the 30-day period may be extended by the Village Council for special or unusual circumstances.
