§ 56.05 INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL RUBBISH AND TRASH.
   Every owner, occupant or lessor, or any agent thereof, of any commercial or industrial building where garbage or rubbish accumulates shall arrange for garbage and rubbish collection.
