§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The provisions of §§ 51.01 through 51.05 shall be enforceable through the bringing of appropriate action for injunction, mandamus, or otherwise, in any court having jurisdiction. Any violation of §§ 51.01 through 51.05 is deemed to be a nuisance per se.

   (B)   (1)   Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 51.20 through 51.28, except § 51.26, shall be served by the Village Council with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall within the period of time stated in the notice permanently cease all violations.
      (2)   Any person who shall continue any violations beyond the time limit provided for in § 51.26(A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in the amount not less than $100 and not more than $500 for each violation. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (3)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 51.20 through 51.28 shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss or damage occasioned in the village by reason of the violation.
