§ 50.07 ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS.
   The Light and Water Committee may make and issue additional rules and regulations concerning the water distribution system, connections thereto, meter installations and maintenance, hydrants and water mains and the appurtenances thereto, not inconsistent herewith. These rules and regulations shall be effective upon approval by the Council.
