(A) There is hereby established a Sebastian County Parks Advisory Board in accordance with A.C.A. § 14-14-705, hereinafter referred to as the “Parks Board”.
(B) The Parks Board shall be established to assist the County Judge and the County Parks Department in oversight of county parks. The Parks Board may furnish advice, gather information, make recommendations, and perform other duties. The Parks Board serves in an advisory capacity regarding programs and park operations.
