§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   Any person convicted of a violation of §§ 130.01 through 130.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $500 for the first offense, and not more than $1,000 for each subsequent violation of §§ 130.01 through 130.04.
