§ 130.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FIREARM. Any device designed, made, or adapted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive or any device readily convertible to that use; this includes any revolver, pistol, rifle, shotgun, or any similar mechanism by whatever name known.
