§ 32.197 BOARD MEMBERS.
   The Board shall consist of five members. Successor members shall be elected by a majority of the Board for terms of five years each. The members of the Board shall take and file with the Clerk of the Court the oath of office prescribed by A.C.A. § 14-137-108(a)(4).
