§ 32.175 CREATION.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Public Facilities Board pursuant to the provisions of A.C.A. §§ 14-137-101 et seq. The Board shall be known as the James Fork Regional Water District.
   (B)   The Board shall have the powers provided for by the statute.
