§ 32.138 SPECIAL COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSON; ELECTION.
   (A)   Special Committee Chairpersons shall be elected by each individual special committee, provided that no Justice may serve as the Chairperson of more than one standing committee. The term of Office of Chairperson shall be one year, but the Chairperson may be selected to serve successive terms.
   (B)   Committees shall meet at the call of the Chairperson or any two committee members.
