§ 32.123 ADOPTION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Board shall adopt rules and regulations as it may deem necessary and expedient for the proper operation and management of the county library, not inconsistent with this subchapter or the laws of the state and shall have authority to alter, change or amend the rules and regulations at its discretion.
