§ 32.116 ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established the County Library Administrative Board which shall be responsible for the County Library Department. The County Library Administrative Board shall be composed of five qualified electors of the county appointed and confirmed in the manner prescribed by A.C.A. § 14-14-705.
