§ 32.086 INTENT.
   (A)   It is the intent of this subchapter to establish the Jail Board, pursuant to A.C.A. §§ 12-41-605 through 12-41-616.
   (B)   Jail Board authority concerning issuance of bonds and related jail construction shall be subject to the approval, by ordinance, of the Quorum Court.
