§ 32.043 AMENDMENTS.

These by-laws may be altered, amended or repealed and new by-laws may be adopted by the Board at any regular or special meeting of the Board. All amendments of these by-laws must be approved by resolution of the Quorum Court at the next succeeding meeting of the Court.
