§ 32.035 FINDINGS.

   The Quorum Court finds and determines:

   (A)   To create the Residential Housing Facilities Board, to appoint the initial members of the Board and prescribe other matters relating thereto;

   (B)   Reserve the power to approve the by-laws to be adopted by the Board; and

   (C)   To elect officers and adopt by-laws.
