§ 32.020 IDENTIFICATION OF VIOLATION; REQUIRED PRESENCE; SOLUTION.
   (A)   The grievant or his or her representative should be required to identify the specific employment right allegedly violated. The following questions shall be asked:
      (1)   What right is violated; and
      (2)   How did the county violate it.
   (B)   The grievant or his or her representative should be asked to prove the claim that a violation of an employment right has occurred.
   (C)   The grievant or his or her representative should clearly state the solution sought.
   (D)   The grievant must be present at the hearing.
   (E)   The discussion should be kept on the point. The discussion shall not become bogged down in irrelevant side issues. The grievance at hand shall be the only issue.
