(A) In order to afford regular county employees a written and systematic means of obtaining mutually satisfactory solutions of grievances, a grievance procedure has been adopted as a part of the county's Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual, which includes the formation of the Grievance Committee.
(B) It is the intent of this subchapter to adopt general administrative guidelines for conducting the hearing of the Grievance Committee. Grievance Committee guidelines, listed herein, are hereby approved and adopted.
(C) It is the intent of these Grievance Committee guidelines to provide a fair and impartial hearing.
