(A) The procedure for prorating the cost of the use of the electronic data processing equipment as set forth herein shall be based upon fund reimbursements supporting the total Information Systems Department budget.
(B) Accordingly, the annual data processing budget shall set forth total data processing system costs, as supported by various fund reimbursements based upon system usage.
