(A) In accordance with A.C.A. § 26-28-102, the costs for the use of the electronic data processing equipment for any other appropriate county purpose shall be prorated among the various county offices in accordance with system usage.
(B) System usage shall consider central processing unit and main memory storage, disk storage, application programs and relevant program application transaction frequency and volume.
