§ 35.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any section of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 35.08 shall be fined a maximum of $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second offense, $100 for the third offense and $250 for any subsequent offense.
